GENERAL INFORMATION
We ship orders as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order.

We usually process and ship your order the next day (if the order is placed by 12:00 noon). Otherwise, it will be shipped the very next day. In any case, if the shipping time is different from the usual, we will inform you by e-mail or phone about the progress of your order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION E-MAIL
After completing your order you should receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number from the courier company.

SHIPMENTS TO GREECE
For product purchases with a total cost of over thirty-nine euros (€39.00), shipping costs are free .
For product purchases with a total cost of less than thirty-nine euros (€39.00), shipping costs are three euros (€3.00) .
There is no additional charge for shipping costs for hard-to-reach areas, so we ensure that no matter where you are in Greece, the shipping cost will be the same.
Delivery at a specific time of day cannot be supported. Comments to the courier company regarding specific delivery times are not binding, although every effort is made to satisfy them in the best possible way.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE GREECE (EU COUNTRIES, NON-EU & REST OF THE WORLD)
Product shipments from youthlab.com are made to all countries within the EU, outside the EU and to all countries in the world (except for the countries: Albania – Belgium – Spain – Cyprus – Portugal – South Africa – where the products are available through representative sites).

All shipments abroad must be paid for prior to shipment via debit/credit card or bank deposit.

For product purchases in countries within the European Union , with a total cost of over ninety euros (€90.00), shipping costs are free .
For product purchases in countries within the European Union , with a total cost of less than ninety euros (€90.00), shipping costs are fourteen euros (€14.00) .
For product purchases in countries outside the European Union & Rest of the World , with a total cost of more than one hundred and twenty euros (€120.00), shipping costs are free .
For product purchases in countries outside the European Union & Rest of the World , with a total cost of less than one hundred and twenty euros (€120.00), shipping costs are twenty-six euros (€26.00) .

DHL Courier Service
DHL is a fast courier service available in some countries and for certain order weights. Under normal circumstances, DHL delivers within 2-5 days.

Via International Post as registered parcels in the name of the recipient.
The average delivery time (after shipment from us) for Balkan and European countries is

7-15 working days , while for other countries it is on average 10-20 working days .
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email and

the shipment tracking number , so that it is possible to track the progress of your parcel via the DHL website (for DHL shipments) , or via the ELTA website .
In any case, if deemed necessary for the best service, electronic communication with you will be preceded, so that you have a complete picture of the progress of your order.

Customs Clearance and Duties
Customs clearance is carried out in the country of destination under the responsibility of the recipient, always in accordance with the regulations and provisions governing the country’s customs authority. In the event of any duties or fees being imposed, these are paid by the recipient in the country of destination. The company youthlab.com is not responsible for any charges or any documents requested outside Greece or for any packages that remain or are returned by the Customs of any country. The company

youthlab.com does not compensate or refund any money for any packages that remain, are held or are not returned by Customs of any country.
In the event that an order cannot be cleared through customs in the destination country, a refund may be made to the customer only when and if the products are returned in perfect condition to our headquarters. For such product returns, the transport to our headquarters, the cost of shipping, storage and possible customs clearance upon return to Greece are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event that the products are returned in perfect condition to our headquarters, the relevant terms for product returns apply (see the relevant Returns Policy page ).

youthlab.com is not responsible for any delays or cancellations of orders or deliveries that may be directly or indirectly due to reasons of force majeure, weather or natural phenomena, disasters, pandemics, accidents, strikes, terrorist or war acts, government acts, electronic system failures or software malfunctions, etc. In these cases, we will make every effort to resolve the problem as soon as possible and keep you informed of its possible recovery.
