GENERAL INFORMATION

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction, but due to the nature of our products, it is common that customer expectations cannot be fully met due to the lack of physical contact with the purchased item or due to technical specifications. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to YOUTH LAB. S.A. within 30 days from the date of purchase. RETURN OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We want our customers to feel more secure when shopping online. That’s why we offer the option to return even non-defective products. Specifically, for the first 30 calendar days from the date you received your order, you can return the product for an exchange or refund.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. Specifically, the returned product must not have been opened, scratched, broken or painted. Also, the product must have its box. The customer must bear the cost of returning the product/order. The return of a non-defective product can only be made once. The customer, after checking the package, can request a refund of the product amount. All claims do not include shipping costs (to and from the customer).

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

YOUTH LAB. will replace the defective product free of charge if it is received within 30 days of the date of purchase. The shipping fees for the defective product are borne by YOUTH LAB.

NOTE : Only if the cooperating courier company is selected: ACS Courier with the indication: Recipient Charge. The cost of returning the product for replacement is borne by YOUTH LAB. Otherwise, the costs are borne by the customer.

 

PRODUCT DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT

In case of partial or total destruction of one or more products during transport, the customer is obliged to inform our company within 48 hours from the moment of receipt. The customer is also obliged to send photographic material to our company in which the damaged products as well as the package are clearly visible. In case of proven destruction of products during transport, the customer is fully compensated by our company either by re-sending the products or by refunding their value.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You have the option to cancel your order, without any charge, as long as it has not yet been shipped. If you have provided us with your e-mail address, you will know when this is, because we will notify you by e-mail that the order has been shipped.

In case the order is cancelled after the start of the shipment and before the receipt, you will be charged with the postage costs, return costs from the carrier and any cash on delivery costs (if you have chosen cash on delivery). After the above are deducted, the remaining amount of the order will be refunded to you within 15 days.

If you have already received the order, it is not possible to cancel the order without returning the products.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment selected at the time of purchase. Once we have received and inspected the product we will credit your account. Please allow 15 days for the credit to be credited to your account. Unfortunately we cannot refund customs duties, taxes or shipping costs. If you have not received your refund yet, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to appear on your account. There is often some processing time before a refund is completed.

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE

According to Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated in Greece by JMD 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure is now provided for throughout the European Union. If the customer has the status of a consumer (i.e. a natural person acting outside his professional capacity) and has any problem with a purchase made from our Website, he can initiate the ADR procedure through the single pan-EU platform for electronic dispute resolution (ODR platform) available at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage
