Transactions at youthlab.com are safe!

Transactions with us are secure because we use SSL encrypted connections and secure electronic systems for credit card billing and our online payments. Credit card details are entered directly into the secure systems of Piraeus Bank and are not accessible from youthlab.com.

youthlab.com provides the following payment methods, which are selected when completing the order through the online store:

Cash on delivery

The order can be paid for by cash on delivery, cash or card (depending on whether it is supported by the courier) upon receipt of the package.

Payment by cash on delivery has an additional charge when placing the order. The cash on delivery charge for ACS Courier is 1.5€, regardless of the total cost of the order.

Attention: Payment via cash on delivery is only available for shipments within Greece and for orders up to €200.

Debit – Credit Card & IRIS

Complete your order and pay immediately with your Visa, MasterCard, Maestro debit, credit or prepaid card. When paying by credit card (not debit), there is also the option of paying in up to 6 installments via credit card for amounts over €90 and only if the credit card can accept installments.

Attention: if the card does not participate in the installment plan and installments are selected, then the transaction will be rejected.

Payment via IRIS is made within the bank’s environment and is completed according to its instructions.

Bank Deposit / Wire Transfer

In the last step, at checkout, you can choose to pay for the order by depositing it into our account at Alpha Bank or Piraeus Bank.

Attention: All bank charges and fees for deposits, transfers or remittances are borne by the customer. If the transfer is made within the same bank (e.g. Alpha Bank or Piraeus Bank) there is no fee.

For your best service, please provide the bank with your Order Number and Full Name as the deposit reason/comments.

Then please send the receipt or confirmation of the deposit via e-mail to eshop@youthlab.com .

Orders are executed after confirmation of the deposit in our account.
